◻Garlic 2 pcs.
◻Tomatoes 4 pcs.
◻︎Vegetable Bouillon cube 1 pcs.
◻︎Pepper 1 tsp.
◻Lombok 1 st.
◻Daun salam 2 pcs (leaves)
◻Masala 4 tbsp.
◻︎Brown sugar 2 tsp.
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
◻︎Water 4 mugs.

Tofu tastefully slurps up all the ingredients as it cooks.
A mouth-wateringly delicious JENs tofu curry soup.

Cut: the tofu into small cubes on the cutting board. 
◻︎Cut lombok ◻︎garlic ◻︎onions ◻︎tomatoes into coarse pieces.
◻Cut the washed courgette (with peel) in half along its length.
◻Cut this half in half again. Cut these halves into large cubes.
The dish
◻︎Set the frying pan on a medium heat. 
◻︎The pan hot, add oil to the pan
Add: the onions and fry until translucent.
Add:◻︎bouillonblok◻︎lombok◻︎peper◻︎knoflook◻︎tomaten◻︎daun salam ◻︎courgettes. ◻Turn down the heat and stir gently. 
Add: ◻︎masala ◻︎brown sugar so that everything comes together.
◻︎ add water last. Stir gently.
◻Simmer for about 10 minutes, without a lid. Stir it now and then.
◻After 10 minutes ◻︎Tahoe there◻︎let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
