◻Potatoes 4 pcs.
◻Onion (large) 1 piece.
◻︎Paprika (yellow) 1 piece.
◻Bacon slices 2 pcs.
◻︎Garlic 3 pcs.
◻︎Tomato puree (cup)
◻︎Pickled cabbage 1/2
◻︎Bulb cabbage 1/2
◻Brown beans (large pot)
◻Sweatjuice manis
◻Garlic
◻Sea salt
◻︎Pepper
◻︎Olive oil 2 tbsp.
◻︎Djahe fresh (10 cm)
◻Nutmeg
◻︎Chili flakes

◻Dish (for the sauce)

WITHOUT MEAT
If you do not want meat in this dish, leave out this part.
WITH MEAT
For the meat lovers, we'll start with the meat first.
◻Put a pan of water on the fire.
◻The water boils, put the meat in the pan with water.
◻Turn off the fire.◻︎Take the foam out of the pan and then the meat.
◻︎Lay the meat on the cutting board to cool and pat dry.
◻︎Peel the ginger and rub it dosed over the meat with:
◻︎ salt ◻︎ pepper ◻︎ nutmeg. Now this can be left to settle.
◻Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Cut: ◻︎ui ◻︎tomatoes into small cubes.
◻︎Leave the chopped onion and tomatoes (separately) on the cutting board.
◻︎Cut the pepper into pieces and place on a plate.
◻︎Cut half the pointed cabbage into coarse pieces
◻︎Place them next to the pepper.
◻Divide half the cauliflower into small stumps on another plate.
◻Cut the (cooled) meat into small cubes.
◻Put the brown beans in a bowl.
◻︎Put everything on the counter and the wajang on the cooker.
The dish:
◻Switch the fire to the middle position◻︎Add the olive oil to the wajang.
Add: ◻︎potatoes◻︎sea salt ◻︎pepper ◻︎nutmeg.
◻Add the crushed garlic and stir gently.
◻After 10 minutes, add: ◻︎ onion◻︎ ketchup manis.
◻Simmer until the onions are translucent.
◻Add the meat, diced tomatoes and tomato puree.
◻In between, gently stir the whole thing. ◻︎The meat is cooked.
Add: ◻︎Pickled cabbage◻︎paprika◻︎chili flakes ◻︎bulb cabbage ◻︎pepper◻︎cauliflower ◻︎Brown beans cooked with a bite and stir gently.
