◻White beans 500 gr. (raw)
◻Onions 2 pcs.
◻Parika red 2 pcs.
◻Garlic 2 pcs.
◻︎Cherry tomatoes 250 gr.
◻︎Bouillon cube 1 st.
◻︎Pepper 1 tsp.
◻︎Salt 1 tsp.
◻︎Red Lombok 2 pcs.
◻Daun Salam 2 pcs (leaves)
◻Ketjap Manis (sweet) 2 tbsp.
◻︎Tomato puree 4 tbsp.
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.

◻︎Pill knife
◻︎Cutting knife
◻Cutting board
◻︎Closeable containers

Raw White Beans
◻First wash the white beans.
◻︎Soak them in water overnight (before using). 
◻︎Rinse the beans the next day.
◻Cook them for about 75 minutes.
◻Pour out the liquid and leave to cool well. 
If you prefer brown beans from a jar, put them ready for use. 

Mise en Place
◻Chop the lombok and garlic finely, the onions roughly
◻Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
◻Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut the pepper into large pieces.
The dish
◻︎Put the wajang on a medium-high heat
◻︎Pan hot, add oil and the onions. Fry the onions until translucent.
Then add:◻︎bouillonblokje◻︎lombok ◻︎pepper ◻︎garlic ◻︎tomatoes ◻︎sea salt
◻︎daun salam. Put the fire on low. Stir everything quietly. 
Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Then add:◻︎paprika ◻︎tomato puree ◻︎ketjap ◻︎mash everything into 1 whole.
Let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. 
Add the brown beans. Stir everything gently. Let it cook for ca. 10 minutes.
