INGREDIËNTEN

◻︎BROWN BEANS 250 GR. ◻︎POTATOES 1 KG.
*◻︎BACON MEAT 2X
◻︎YELLOW PEPPER 1X
◻︎ONION big size 1X
◻︎TOMATOES 2X
◻︎CABBAGE half
◻︎TOMATO PUREE 4 tbsp. ◻︎CAULIFLOWER 1/4 part ◻︎SUNFLOWER OIL 2 tbsp.
◻︎DJAHÉ 2 tbsp.
◻︎CHILLI FLAKES 2 tbsp. ◻︎NUTMEG 2 tbsp.
◻︎PEPPER 2 tbsp.

TOOLS
◻︎Wajang
◻︎Ladle
◻︎Peeler
◻︎Carving knife
◻︎Cutting board

MISE en PLACE
*1. Cut the bacon into cubes.
*2. Season with djahé, sea salt, pepper and nutmeg. Keep meat separated.
3. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Keep potatoes separated.
4. Cut cauliflower into small pieces, including stems. Keep cauliflower separated.
5. Finely chop peppers and onion. Keep these two seperated.
6. Coarsely chop tomatoes, pointed cabbage.
7. Place everything neatly on the counter. Easy to prepare.

PREPARE
1. Wajang on the heat (medium-high). Add oil.
2. Potatoes take the longest, those 1st in the pan.
3. Add Sea Salt, Garlic, Onions. Stir gently.
4. After 15 minutes. Add meat (for those who like it).
5. Add tomatoes, tomato puree.
6. Turn the heat to low. Simmer for 15 Minutes, stirring gently in between.
7. Add pepper, Chilli flakes, Cauliflower.
8. Simmer for ten minutes, stirring gently in between.
BEANS and POTATOES ready, spoon up. Selamat makan!
