◻︎Carpfish (ready-made) 2x
◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Garlic 3 cloves
◻︎Tomatoes 4x
◻︎Chicken Bouillon cube 1x
◻︎Sunflower Oil 1/2 cup
◻︎Black Pepper
1 red Chili
◻︎2 sweet red Paprika's


◻︎Flat pan (BBQ)
◻︎Carving knife
◻︎Cutting board

1. Peel and slice the onion and chop the onion.
2. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic.
3. Remove the stalk from the lombok and then cut into coarse pieces.
4. Cut the tomatoes into coarse pieces.
5. Put a little pepper on both sides of the carp.
6. Put the carps on a plate. And everything organised on the countertop.

1. Put the pan on the fire on medium heat.
2. Add Sunflower oil into the pan and bring it to temperature.
3. Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili, paprika, bouillon cube, a little pepper.
4. Let this simmer until the tomatoes are cooked.
5. Stir gently every now and then.
6. Turn down the heat and add the fish.
7. Let this come together through the sauce for up to 5 minutes.
8. In the meantime, flip the fish 1x on both sides.
9. Turn off the gas and let it cool.
10. The fish pan is ready for the BBQ.

BBQ on low temperature.
Simmer the fish pan on the BBQ for about 5 minutes, with the BBQ lid closed.
