◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Red Chilli 1x
◻︎Bouillon cube 1x
Garlic 2 cloves
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
◻︎Black Pepper
◻︎Sea Salt 
◻︎Tomato 1x
◻︎Brown Sugar 1 tbsp.
◻︎Carrot white 2x
◻︎Carrot orange 5x
◻︎Turmeric (fresh) 2x
◻︎Celery tuber 1/4 part
◻︎Water 1,5 mug

1. Chop: ◻︎Garlic ◻︎Onion ◻︎Turmeric ◻︎Red Chilli.
2. Clean Carrots and Celery Tuber. Cut into cubes.
3. Chop Parsley.
4. Put everything neatly on the counter.

DISH *Simmer the meat slowly during cooking.
1. Put the casserole on low heat.
2. Add sunflower oil and bring to temperature.
3. Add the meat into the pan.
4. Add pepper and salt. Let the meat simmer.
5. Stir gently. Add a little water.
6. Add Bouillon cube. Stir gently and simmer.
7. Add onion. Quietly simmer.
8. Add Garlic. Stir gently.
9. Add Turmeric. Add Red Chilli. Let simmer.
10. Add Tomato. Quietly simmer.
11. Add Curry. Stir gently and simmer.
12. Add paprika. Stir gently and simmer.
13. Add a little water. Stir gently and let simmer. Add a little water.
14. Add Brown Sugar. Let simmer.
15. Add Celery cubes. Stir gently. Add 1 Mug of water.
16. Add all the carrots. On top of that add the parsley.
17. Lid on the pan. Let simmer for about 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
STEW ready. Serving up. Selamat makan!
