◻︎Unsalted Butter 100 gram
◻︎Sea Salt 2 tsp.
◻︎Black Pepper 1 tsp.
◻︎Chicken Bouillon Cube 1x
◻︎Garlic 3 cloves
◻︎Lemon Juice 1 tbsp.
◻︎Red Chillé Peppers 2x
◻︎Onions 2x
◻︎Masala 1 tbsp.
◻︎Paprika powder 1 tbsp.
◻︎Curry 1 tbsp.
◻︎Tomato 1x
◻︎Spring Onions 2x
◻︎Tomato Puree Teacup/6 oz
◻︎Red Bell Pepper 1x
◻︎Griek or whole Yoghurt 3 tbsp.
◻︎Cinnamon 1 tsp.

◻︎Bowl (Chicken Wings)

1. Coarsely chop Garlic, Onions and Red Chillé Peppers.
2. Finally chop Spring Onions. Dice red bell Pepper and chop Tomato in cubes.
3. Chicken wings in a bowl.
4. Place everything organized on the counter for preparation.

1. In wok, over medium-high heat, melt unsalted Butter.
2. After melted, add Chicken wings.
3. Season with Sea Salt and black Pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Sprinkle crumbled Chicken Bouillon Cube over it.
5. Flip wings to other side. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add Garlic.
7. Add Lemon Juice.
8. Add red Chillé Peppers. Flip wings.
9. Add Onions.
10. Add Masala.
11. Add ground Paprika. Stir to mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.
12. Add Cinnamon. Keep soft boiling mixture.
13. Add Tomato.
14. Add Spring Onions. Keep soft boiling mixture. 
15. Add Tomato Puree.
16. Add red bell Pepper. Stir to mix. Temper to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
17. Add Yoghurt. Simmer sauce.
18. Add Brown Sugar. Stir to mix.
19. Keep soft boiling mixture. Add Curry. Simmer for 10 minutes.
20. Stir occasionally. Turn off heat. BOTERKIP ready. Selamat makan!
