◻︎SEA SALT 2 tsp.
◻︎BLACK PEPPER 2 tsp.
◻︎GARLIC 3 cloves
◻︎LEMON JUICE 1 tbsp.
◻︎½ ORANGE
◻︎ONIONS 2x
◻︎GALANGA 1 tbsp.
◻︎NUTMEG 1 tsp.
◻︎PAPRIKA POWDER 1 tbsp. ◻︎TOMATOES 2x
◻︎CHILI POWDER 1 tsp.
◻︎TOMATO KETCHUP 1 cup
◻︎BAY LEAF 3X
◻︎LEMON GRASS 1 tbsp.
◻︎GINGER POWDER 1 tbsp.
◻︎BROWN SUGAR 1 tbsp.
◻︎TURMERIC 1 tbsp.
◻︎FISH SAUCE 1 tbsp.
◻︎RED CHILLI 2x
◻︎WATER ½ cup
◻︎RED CHILI RAWITS 6x
◻︎SUNFLOWER OIL 3 tbsp.

◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Table spoon

MISE en PLACE
◻︎Chop coarsely 3 cloves Garlic, 2 Onions, 2 Tomatoes
◻︎Remove stem from 2 whole the red chili.
◻︎CUT SLAB OF RIBS INTO PIECES (between bones)
◻︎Add Sea salt 2 tsp. ◻︎Add black Pepper 2 tsp. ◻︎Add Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
◻︎Squeeze juice from Orange ◻︎Add Galanga powder 1 tbsp.
◻︎Add Lemon grass powder 1 tbsp. ◻︎Add brown Sugar 1 tbsp.
◻︎Add Nutmeg 1 tsp. ◻︎Add Paprika powder 1 tbsp. ◻︎Add Turmeric 1 tbsp.
◻︎Add Fish sauce 1 tbsp. ◻︎Mix all through RIBS.
◻︎Put everything organized on the countertop.
PREPARING
◻︎Wok on medium-high. ◻︎Bring oil to temperature. ◻︎Add RIBS into wok.
◻︎For 15 Minutes roasting.
◻︎Add Garlic. ◻︎Flip RIBS. ◻︎Simmer for 15 minutes. ◻︎Flip RIBS.
◻︎Add 2 red chili. ◻︎ Add 3 Bay Leaf ◻︎Add Tomatoes ◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Chili powder. ◻︎Add 6 dry chili Rawits. ◻︎Simmer for 10 minutes. ◻︎Flip RIBS.
◻︎Simmer ◻︎Temper heat.
◻︎Add onions. ◻︎Simmer for 10 minutes. ◻︎Add 1 cup Tomato ketchup.
◻︎Add ½ cup Water ◻︎Stir to mix. ◻︎Simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat. FUNKY RIBS ready. Selamat Makan!
