◻︎Minced meat 1 kg.
◻︎Meat (of your choice) 1 lb
◻︎Onions 2 x
◻︎Leek 1 x
◻︎Carrots 3x
◻︎Tomatoes 10x
◻︎red Chilé 6x
◻︎Garlic 6 x
◻︎Point cabbage ½
◻︎Bouillon cube 1 x
◻︎Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
◻︎Bay leaves 4x
◻︎Galangal 1 tbsp.
◻︎Dried Ginger 5 x
◻︎Lemongrass 1 tbsp.
◻︎Olive oil 1x3 tbsp. + 1x2 tbsp.
◻︎Brown Sugar 2 tbsp.
◻︎Paprika powder 1 tbsp.
◻︎Sea salt 2 x 1 tsp.
◻︎black Pepper 2x1 tsp.
◻︎Tomato ketchup 1 cup
◻︎Masala 1 tbsp.
◻︎Water ½ cup
◻︎Turmeric 1 tbsp.
◻︎Curry 1 tbsp.


◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Table spoon
◻︎Bowl (balls)


◻︎Cut 2 tnt. Garlic in 2x3 pieces.
◻︎Cut coarsely: 4 tnt. Garlic, 2 Onions, 2 Spring Onions, 10 Tomatoes
◻︎Cut: 6 Red Lomboks in half.

◻︎Put the minced meat in a bowl. ◻︎Add 1 tsp. Salt + 1 tsp. black Pepper.
Mix it well. ◻︎Roll 9 balls out of the minced meat.
Chop meat into cubes.
◻︎Put everything clearly on the counter.

◻︎Heat olive oil over medium heat.
◻︎Put the meatballs in the pan. ◻︎Add 5 knobs of butter.
◻︎Add the 6 pieces of Garlic.
◻︎Fry the balls briefly. ◻︎Add it back to the bowl with the garlic.
Keep the liquid of the oil in the pan.
PHASE 2 - 20 minutes.
◻︎Add the meat to the oil. 10 Minutes of yarn. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Add black pepper. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add tomatoes. ◻︎Turn to mix. Simmer. Stir occasionally.
PHASE 3 - 15 minutes.
◻︎Add red chile. ◻︎Add garlic.
◻︎Crumble the stock block on top. Simmer. Stir occasionally.
PHASE 4 - 10 minutes.
◻︎Add onions. Simmer.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Fish sauce. ◻︎Add 4 Bay leaf.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Galangal. ◻︎Add 5 dried Djahé
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Lemongrass. ◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Olive oil.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Brown sugar. ◻︎Stir to mix.
◻︎Add carrots. ◻︎Place the meatballs on top.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Paprika powder
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Sea salt
◻︎Add 1 cup Tomato Ketchup. ◻︎Stir to mix.
PHASE 5 - 10 minutes.
◻︎Add spring onions. ◻︎Add pointed cabbage. ◻︎Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Masala. ◻︎Add ½ cup of Water. Stir gently.
◻︎Lid on the pan.
PHASE 6 - 10 minutes.
◻︎Remove the lid from the pan. ◻︎Add 200 grams of Cream. ◻︎Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Turmeric. ◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Curry. ◻︎Stir to mix.
◻︎Lid on the pan. Stir occasionally in between.
◻︎Lid of the pan. Simmer the whole thing for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
