◻︎Ginger approx. 10 cm.
◻︎Dry Chilli Peppers 3x
◻︎Sweet Paprika 1x
◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Mushrooms approx. 15 pieces
◻︎Chicken bouillon cube ½
◻︎2 knobs of (cream) butter
◻︎Black Pepper 1 tsp.
◻︎Surinamese Curry 2 tbsp.
◻︎Garlic 3 tntjs.
◻︎Sunflower oil 2x 2 tbsp.
◻︎Cauliflower ¼
◻︎Brown Sugar 2 tbsp.
◻︎Tomato 2x
◻︎Water 2x 2 tbsp.

TOOLS

◻︎Frying pan (small)
◻︎Wok
◻︎Lid (wok)
◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Teaspoon
◻︎Tablespoon
◻︎Stirring spoon
◻︎Fork

MISE en PLACE 
1. Remove the kernels from the pepper. Finely chop sweet Paprika.
2. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut these into blocks.
3. Finely chop: Onion
4. Peel Ginger.
5. Cut garlic into coarse pieces.
6. Cut the tomatoes into coarse pieces.
7. Clean the Mushrooms. Cut these into coarse pieces.
8. Remove the stumps from the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
9. Place the egg yolks in a bowl. Whisk the eggs, ready for the omelet.
10. Place everything clearly on the counter.
PREPARATION
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Sunflower oil in the wok over medium heat, at temperature.
◻︎Add the diced potatoes. Mix everything.
◻︎Add a knob of butter. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Ginger.
◻︎Add Onions, 3 dry Chilli. Stir to mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.
◻︎Add Garlic.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Water. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add the diced tomatoes. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Surinamese curry. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Brown sugar.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Water. Cook for 10 minutes.
◻︎PUT THE FIRE LOW. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Chicken Stock Cube. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Mushrooms. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Sunflower oil. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Paprika. Stir to mix. Simmer for 15 minutes.
◻︎Add Cauliflower.
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Pepper on top.
◻︎Lid on the wok. Simmer for 15 minutes.

INBETWEEN
◻︎Add a knob of butter to the frying pan over medium heat.
◻︎Melt butter until brown. Add the whisk eggs.
◻︎Lift omelet with a spatula.
◻︎Add the sides of the beaten eggs to cook.
◻︎Flip the omelet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
◻︎Flip the omelet. Simmer for 5 minutes. TURN OFF THE FIRE.
◻︎Flip the omelet. Set the omelet aside.
◻︎Lid of the wok. Mix everything to stir.
◻︎Remove Ginger. Put the lid back on the pan. Simmer for 15 minutes.
◻︎TURN OFF HEAT. The delicious LYNs EGG is ready. SELAMAT MAKAN🍽️
