INGREDIENTS (3 persons)


◻︎Udon Noodles 100 grams
◻︎Chicken legs 3 pieces
◻︎Green cabbage (small)
◻︎Eggs 2x
◻︎Red Chili Peppers 2 pcs.
◻︎Sea salt 1 tsp.
◻︎Black Pepper ½ tsp.
◻︎Brown Sugar 1 tbsp.
◻︎Lemon juice 1 tsp.
◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Garlic 3 cloves
◻︎(Cream)butter 2 lumps
◻︎Water ½ cup
◻︎Ginger 10 cm.
◻︎Bay Leaves 2 pcs.
◻︎Kaffir Lime 3 pcs.
◻︎Parsley 1 tsp.
◻︎Cherry Tomatoes 4x
◻︎Tomato 3x
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
◻︎Bouillon block (chicken) 1x
◻︎Honey 1 tbsp.


◻︎Flat casserole
◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Stirring spoon
◻︎Oven dish

1. Coarsely chop the onions.
2. Coarsely chop green cabbage.
3. Cut tomatoes roughly into chunks.
4. Coarsely chop the garlic.
5. Peel the Ginger. Cut it into 2 parts.
6. Place the Chicken Legs in a bowl.
7. Season the Chicken only on 1 side with: 1 tsp. Salt + ½ tsp. Black pepper.
8. Add 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar on the Chicken.
9. Add 1 tsp. Lemon juice over the Chicken.
10. Place everything clearly on the counter.

◻︎Add Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. in the casserole over medium heat, to temperature.
◻︎Put the chicken legs (back side) into the pan. Fry the Chicken.
◻︎Turn the Chicken over. Fry it for 10 minutes.
◻︎Add 2 knobs of (Cream) Butter to the pan. Mix chicken in the butter.
◻︎Turn the chicken over. Cook for 10 minutes.
◻︎Add Garlic. Cook for 10 minutes.
◻︎Add ½ cup of Water.
◻︎Add 4 Cherry tomatoes.
◻︎Add 3x Kaffir Lime and 2x Bay Leaves.
◻︎Break and add the 2 Red Chili Peppers spread out. Cook chicken for 10 minutes.
◻︎Remove Chicken Legs from the pan. Set these aside.
◻︎Stir the sauce to mix. Add the tomatoes.
◻︎Add the Chicken Stock block.
◻︎Add the Ginger. Stir to mix. Cook the whole thing quietly.
◻︎Add the Onions. Stir to mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Parsley. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Honey. Stir to mix. ◻︎Add Chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.

◻︎Regular sauce over the chicken during preparation.
◻︎Add 2 eggs into the pan.
◻︎Turn the Chicken Legs over. Simmer for 10 minutes.
◻︎Regular sauce over the chicken during preparation. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Chicken from the pan. Place them in the oven dish. Let sauce simmer.
◻︎The Oven dish with Chicken in the oven for 15 minutes.
◻︎UDON NOODLES cook and drain. Follow the instructions on the packaging.
◻︎Add green cabbage to the sauce. Leave eggs in the center for 5 minutes.
◻︎Remove them from the pan. Rinse cold. Peel off the shell. EGGS READY.
◻︎Stir the Cabbage to mix. ◻︎Remove Bay Leaves and Kaffir Lime.
◻︎Stir to mix.◻︎Add and spread the Udon Noodles. Stir to mix.
◻︎TURN OFF THE OVEN. Remove baking dish from the oven. CHICKEN READY.
