INGREDIENTS (use Herbal Powders)


◻︎Smoked Trout or Mackerel 2 pieces ◻︎Basmati Rice approx. 75 grams p.p. ◻︎Turmeric 1 tsp.
◻︎Galangal 1 tsp.
◻︎Ginger 1 tbsp.
◻︎Lemongrass 1 tsp.
◻︎Brown Sugar 2 tbsp.
◻︎Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
◻︎Sunflower oil 2x 2 tbsp.
◻︎Garlic 3 cloves
◻︎Chili peppers 2x 3 pieces
◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Bouillon block (chicken) 1x
◻︎Kaffir lime leaves 3 pcs.
◻︎Bay Leaves 3 pcs.
◻︎Tomato puree 3 tbsp.
◻︎Sea salt 1 tsp.
◻︎Parsley 1 tsp. 

◻︎Coriander 1 tsp.
◻︎(Coconut)cream 3 tbsp.


◻︎Oven dish
◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Stirring spoon

1. Cut coarsly the Garlic and Onion.
2. Add into the mixer:
Turmeric 1 tsp. - Galangal 1 tsp. - Ginger 1 tbsp. - Lemongrass 1 tsp. -
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp. - Lemon juice 1 tbsp. - Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. - chopped Garlic - Chili peppers 3x - chopped Onions.
3. Shred the stock cube and add it.
4. Mix everything until Boomboo.
5. Place everything clearly on the counter.

◻︎Bring 2 tbsp. Sunflower oil in the wok, on medium heat, at temperature.
◻︎Add the Boomboo. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 3 pcs. Kaffir Lime Leaves, 3 pcs. Bay Leaves.
◻︎Add 3 tbsp. Tomato paste. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Sea salt. Stir to mix.
TURN THE HEAT LOW. Simmer Boomboo for 15 minutes.
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Parsley.
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Ketumbar. Stir to mix. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Add 3 tbsp. Coconut cream. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 3 pcs. Chili Peppers. Stir to mix. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
TURN THE HEAT OFF. Let Boomboo to cool.

◻︎Place Trout whole in the oven dish.
◻︎Cover fish with Boomboo (not on the head and tails).
◻︎Oven dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
COOK RICE (follow instructions on package).
◻︎After 30 minutes, remove the PEPESAN TROUT from the oven.
