◻︎Chicken thighs 4 pieces
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
◻︎3 small chili pepper
◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Garlic 2 cloves
◻︎Leek 1x
◻︎Bean sprouts 250 grams
◻︎Brown Sugar 1 tbsp.
◻︎Bouillon cube 1x
◻︎Water 2x 2 tbsp.
◻︎Black Pepper 1 tsp.
◻︎Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Ginger powder
◻︎Pointed cabbage ½
◻︎Nutmeg powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Soy sauce (sweet) 1 tbsp.
◻︎Sea salt
◻︎Lemon leaf 1x
◻︎Bay leaf 1x

TOOLS

◻︎Wok
◻︎Peeler
◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Teaspoon
◻︎Tablespoon
◻︎Stirring spoon

1. Season Chicken thighs with Sea Salt and Ginger.
2. Add 2 tbsp. Sunflower oil in the wok. Roast the chicken for 30 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat.
4. Chop coarsely the onion, garlic and leek into pieces.
5. Remove chicken from the wok. Leave moisture from the chicken in the wok.
6. Cut the meat into cubes.
7. Place everything clearly on the counter.

PREPARATION
◻︎Bring the wok, at medium temperature.
◻︎Add Onion, Garlic and Leek.
◻︎Add 1x Lemon Leaf.
◻︎Add 1x Bay leaf. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Bouillon cube. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Brown sugar. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Water. Stir to mix.
TURN THE HEAT LOW.
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Black pepper.
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Turmeric. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 3 whole Chillies.
◻︎Add pointed cabbage.
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Nutmeg. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Water. Stir to mix.
◻︎Simmer the whole thing for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Soy sauce (sweet). Stir to mix.
◻︎Simmer the whole thing for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Add the Chicken. Stir to mix.
◻︎Simmer the whole thing for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Add the bean sprouts. Stir to mix.
◻︎Simmer the whole thing for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
TURN OFF THE HEAT.
