◻︎Chinese Cabbage 1x
◻︎Pointed cabbage ¼
◻︎Potato 1x (large)
◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Winter carrot 2x
◻︎Red Peppers 2x
◻︎Mushrooms 4x
◻︎Sea salt 1 tsp.
◻︎Black Pepper ½ tsp.
◻︎Tomatoes 4x
◻︎Vegetable stock cube
◻︎Garlic 3 cloves
◻︎Asparagus 3x
◻︎Cane sugar 2 tbsp.
◻︎Honey 1 tbsp.
◻︎Soy sauce (sweet)
◻︎Ginger fresh (approx. 10 cm)
◻︎Olive oil 1x3 tbsp. + 1x2 tbsp.
◻︎Water 1x3 tbsp. + 1x7 tbsp. + 1x2 tbsp.

◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Stirring spoon


1. Peel, wash and dry the Potato. Chop into cubes.
2. Cut Tomatoes into coarse pieces.
3. Cut Asparagus coarsely.
4. Chop Ginger finely.
5. Coarsely chop Garlic.
6. Chop Onion coarsely.
7. Cut Chinese Cabbage into coarse pieces.
8. Cut Pointed Cabbage into coarse pieces.
9. Cut Mushrooms into coarse pieces.
10. Red Peppers in coarse pieces.
11. Put everything organized and ready on the counter for Preparation.

◻︎Bring 3 tbsp. Olive oil in the wok over medium heat, at temperature.
◻︎Add the potato cubes to the wok. Add 1 tsp. Sea salt, ½ tsp. black pepper.
◻︎Stir to mix.
◻︎10 minutes of cooking. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Add 2 Red Peppers. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Tomatoes, Ginger 1 tsp. Stir to mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.
◻︎Add Garlic.
◻︎Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Olive oil, 3 tbsp. Water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
◻︎Add Carrots, Onions. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Cane sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.
◻︎Crumble stock cube. Add 7 tbsp. water. Stir to mix.
◻︎Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Add Mushrooms. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 2 tbsp. Water, 1 tbsp. Honey. Stir to mix.
BOIL RICE. Follow the packaging instructions.
◻︎Add pointed cabbage, Chinese cabbage (on top), Asparagus (on top).
◻︎Simmer undisturbed for 10 minutes.
◻︎Add 3 tbsp. Soy sauce.
◻︎Simmer undisturbed whole for 10 minutes.
IT'S LINKING. ◻︎Stir to mix. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
TURN HEAT OFF. The Vegetables and Rice are ready.
