INGREDIENTS (dry herbs)

◻︎Minced meat 500 grams
◻︎Noodles 10 nests 
◻︎1 Onion
◻︎Roots 2x
◻︎Sea salt 2x 1 tsp.
◻︎Black Pepper 2x 1 tsp.
◻︎Garlic powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Soy sauce (sweet) 4 tbsp.
◻︎Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp.
◻︎Sunflower oil 1 tbsp.
◻︎Garlic (fresh) 3 cloves
◻︎Bouillon cube 1x
◻︎Ginger (fresh) approx. 10 cm.
◻︎Red peppers 2x
◻︎Garam Masala 1 tbsp.
◻︎Turmeric 1 tbsp.
◻︎Cinnamon 1 tsp.
◻︎Water 5 tbsp.
◻︎Almond sliver 1 tsp.
◻︎Rice vinegar 1 tbsp.
◻︎Lemon Leaves 3x
◻︎Bay Leaves 3x
◻︎Surnames Curry 1 tbsp.
◻︎Cumin 1 tsp.
◻︎Coriander 1 tsp.
◻︎Tomato puree 140 ml.
◻︎Cream 100 ml.
◻︎Red Bell pepper 1x


◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Stirring spoon


1. Grate the carrots.
2. Add the grated carrots to the minced meat.
3. Add 1 tsp. Sea salt.
4. Add 1 tsp. black Pepper.
5. Mix the minced meat thoroughly with kneading.
6. Add 1 tsp. garlic powder.
7. Mix the minced meat thoroughly with kneading.
8. Add 4 tsp. Soy Sauce.
9. Mixing the minced meat thoroughly with kneading.
10. Add 3 tbsp. breadcrumbs.
11. Mix the minced meat thoroughly with kneading.
12. Roll approx. 15 meatballs.
1. Coarsely chop: onion, Garlic and Red Peppers.
2. Finely grind the fresh Ginger (1 tsp.).
3. Chop Almond into coarse pieces.
4. Finely chop Paprika.
5. Coarsely chop tomatoes.
6. Place everything clearly and ready on the counter for Preparation.

◻︎Breng 1 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil in wok, over medium-high heat.
◻︎Voeg the Onions, Garlic. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add: Stock cube, 1 tsp. Ginger, Red Chilies, 1 tbsp. Garam Masala, 1 tbsp. Turmeric,
    1 tsp. Cinnamon and 5 tbsp. Water. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 1 tsp. Almond, 1 tsp. Black Pepper, add 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar, 3x Lemon Leaves,
   3x Bay Leaves, 1 tbsp. Suriname Curry, 1 tsp. Cumin, 1 tsp. Coriander + Tomato Puree.
◻︎Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Tomatoes. Stir to mix. Bumbu simmer for 10 Minutes. Stir occasionally.
◻︎Add Meatballs into Bumbu. Add 100 ml. Cream. Flip the Meatballs.
◻︎Simmer for 3 minutes.
Cook Noodles (follow package instructions).
◻︎Add the Bell pepper into Bumbu. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Noodles + Curryballs are ready. SELAMAT MAKAN!
