INGREDIENTS (dry herbs)

◻︎Chicken wings 500 grams
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
◻︎Noodles 1 p.p.
◻︎Greek Yogurt 6 tbsp.
◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Carrots 3x
◻︎Garlic 3 cloves
◻︎Red Peppers 2 pc.
◻︎Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
◻︎Black Pepper 1 tsp. + ½ tsp.
◻︎Soy sauce (sweet) 2 tbsp.
◻︎Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
◻︎Galanga powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Almond 2 pcs.
◻︎Tomatoes 4 pcs.
◻︎Honey 2x 1 tbsp.
◻︎Paprika powder 2 tsp. +1 tsp. +1 tbsp.
◻︎Brown Sugar 2x 1 tbsp.
◻︎Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Ginger powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Water ½ cup
◻︎Coconut (block) 1 tbsp.
◻︎Bay leaf 2 pcs.


◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Stirring spoon


1. Add the chicken to a bowl.
2. Add 1 tsp. Sea salt.
3. Coarsely chop 2 red peppers. Add this to the chicken in the bowl.
4. Add:
1 tbsp. Lemon juice, 1 tsp. black Pepper, 2 tbsp. Soy sauce, 1 tbsp. Fish sauce,
1 tsp. Laos. Stir to mix spices into the chicken. Set the bowl aside.

1. Chop the Almonds.
2. Coarsely chop the carrots and tomatoes.
3. Coarsely chop the onion and garlic.

1. Yogurt in a bowl.
2. Add 1 tbsp. Honey. Stir to mix.
3. Add 2 tsp. Paprika powder. Stir to mix.
4. Add the Onions, ½ tsp. black pepper. Stir to mix.
5. Place everything clearly and ready on the counter for Preparation.

◻︎Bring 2 tbsp. Sunflower oil in the wok over medium high-heat.
◻︎Add the Chicken, on the back side. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. Paprika powder. Turn the chicken over.
◻︎Add Garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes.
◻︎Turn the chicken over, on the back side. Add 1 tsp. Turmeric, 1 tsp. Ginger.
◻︎Turn the chicken over. Add ½ cup Water.
◻︎Add the Yogurt. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Coconut (block), 1 Tomato. Turn the chicken over.
◻︎Add 2 pcs. Bay leaf, 1 tbsp. Paprika powder, 1 tbsp. Brown sugar. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add 1 tbsp. Honey, the Carrots, 3 Tomatoes. Simmer everything for 15 minutes.
Boil Noodles (follow package instructions).
◻︎Noodles ready. ◻︎Red Chicken ready. TURN HEAT OFF.
