Frikandel Pangang

Frikandel Pangang is always a festive feast with us.
The potato casserole dish is made JENs Mom's way.
Chicken breast goes into this dish. This Frikandel Pangang is easy to prepare and especially delicious as the end result.
Optionally served with rice or as a snack. Selamat makan!

Under the guise of watching the little ones and thus cost-saving with XXL enjoyment on the menu.
Prepare the dish in extra quantity. Store the extra made (cooled) in sealable container(s) for the next day or in the freezer

INGREDIENTS

◻︎Chicken thighs 4 pieces
◻︎Potatoes 3 pieces
◻︎Eggs 2 pieces
◻︎Sea salt 2x 1 tsp.
◻︎Black Pepper ½ tsp.
◻︎Garlic cloves 2x
◻︎Spring onion 1x
◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Nutmeg 1 tsp.
◻︎Dry Parsley 1 tsp.
◻︎Fresh Parsley 1 tbsp.

◻︎Fine grinder
◻︎Pan
◻︎Peeler
◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Teaspoon
◻︎Tablespoon
◻︎Fork
◻︎Pestle
◻︎Bowl 2x (large)
◻︎Bowl (small)
◻︎Large flat board

MISE en PLACE

POTATOES
1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
2. Boil them in a pan for about 20 minutes.
3. Pour the water from the pan.
4. Mash the potatoes until puree.
5. Let them cool in a large bowl.

Preheat OVEN 180*.

OTHER:
1. Cut garlics in half.
2. Cut the spring onion and onion into coarse pieces.

FINE GRINDER
1. Cut chicken fillets into large pieces. Add them to the grinder.
2. Add Sea Salt 1 tsp., Black Pepper ½ tsp.
3. Add Garlic, Spring Onion, Onion, Nutmeg 1 tsp., Dry Parsley 1 tsp.
4. Grind everything finely.

PREPARATION
1. Place the contents of the grinder in a large bowl.
2. Add 1 tbsp. fresh parsley. Mash it all up.
3. Add 1 tsp. Sea salt.
4. Add Puree spread over the whole.
5. Place the egg whites in a small bowl and whisk briefly.
6. Add the egg yolk to the puree. Knead everything together well.
7. Place 1 tbsp. Puree in your hand and roll it into a ball.
8. Press the Ball slightly (flatter).
9. Place them on a large flat plate.
10. Brush the 'flat balls' completely with egg white.
11. Place baking paper over the oven rack and spread the Frikadellen on it.

OVEN
◻︎Bake the Frikandellen Pangang in the oven until they are golden brown.
TURN OFF THE OVEN. Take the Frikandellen Pangang from the oven. SELAMAT MAKAN!
